service the specific needs of Southern California’s home
builders. Acting as either a primary lender or as an augment
to the primary lender, we offer a complete array of loan
programs to meet the needs of almost every buyer.
 The
loan specialists in this division have operated in the new
home market since 1989 and are dedicated to making the job
of both your sales agent and escrow coordinator as easy as
possible. Our major goal is to offer the builder the
opportunity to achieve the highest retention percentage as
possible, thus alleviating the issues that come along with
dealing with “outside” lenders.
Our loan agents are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. When needed we will see buyers at your sales offices
or in their current homes. We can submit applications for
underwriting at any time and receive loan approvals in
seconds. And, we issue loan status reports to the sales and
corporate offices throughout the escrow period.
